Merritt Properties arrived to Jacksonville in 2021 with over 53 years of full-service commercial real estate experience. Today, we have over 21 million square feet of space across Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia. Our founder, Leroy Merritt, often completed deals on a handshake, and that level of trust and respect continues today. Our regional office is located in Jacksonville, and we're pleased to have two light industrial developments in Duval County and one in Clay County at this time.

Merritt at Gate Parkway is a five-building industrial park located in the heart of St. Johns Town Center, offering 200,000 square feet of flexible industrial space. Situated just off J. Turner Butler Boulevard with easy access to I-95 and I-295, buildings feature 14' clear heights and ample parking in a lakefront park-like setting.

Oakleaf Commerce Center

Located in Clay County, one of Florida’s fastest growing regions, this 158,400-square-foot light industrial business park will feature four single-story, light industrial buildings ranging from 21,600 to 57,600 square feet. Each will offer 20-foot clear heights, ample parking and spacious truck courts.

Imeson Landing Business Park

Centrally located between Jacksonville International Airport and the Jacksonville Port Authority, Imeson Landing Business Park will feature eight light industrial buildings totaling 380,700 SF of space, with immediate access to I-95 and I-295. Buildings will range from 34,500-69,000 SF and feature 18'-24' clear heights with 4'-high dock positions and drive-in capabilities. The first five buildings have been delivered and future construction will focus on Buildings 600, 700 and 800.

Magnolia Park

Located along Shad Road in Jacksonville, Magnolia Park features three light industrial buildings totaling 80,863 square feet. The park consists of two grade-level buildings and one dock-high building that has clear heights ranging from 14-25'. Magnolia Park sits in a prime logistics location less than two miles from I-95 and US-1, the major thoroughfares for the area.
