About the Room

Located in Suite 320 of 6011 University Boulevard, the shared conference room is available for all tenants at Columbia Corporate Park 100 to book for $80/hour. The conference room features the following:

  • 40 seats with modular furniture that can be easily reconfigured
  • 75" HDTV with HDMI connectivity; wireless connection capability for Microsoft users
  • business-grade WiFi
  • two whiteboards with dry erase markers
  • dimmable lighting for varying presentation needs

How to Book the Room

In order to book the shared conference room, you will need to download our free Merge by Merritt app. See instructions on how to download here. 

  • Open Merge by Merritt app
  • Select Reserve at the bottom of the app
  • Click on Education Center and Conference Room
  • Select your date and time 
    • dark grey slots are available to book
    • slots are in half-hour sections
    • link together for longer bookings
  • To confirm your booking, click Book at the bottom
  • Pay for your booking by inputting your credit card information and clicking Pay
  • After payment, you will have the option to add the meeting to your calendar, invite others to your meeting or cancel the reservation. You will also receive a confirmation email. Do not delete this email as it contains a link which you will use to unlock the room. 
  • At the time of your meeting, open your Merge by Merritt app, click your reservation and click Tap To Unlock Room button or reference your confirmation email with the link to unlock the room.

In order to book the shared conference room, you will need to download our free Merge by Merritt app. Download the app by clicking the appropriate icon for your mobile device below. When setting up your account, be sure to use your work email address and select Columbia Corporate Park 100 for your building. Click here to print/share the instructions. 

With the Merge by Merritt app, you can view the availability and book the shared conference room, as well as access various concierge services and take free virtual wellness classes. Learn more about our Merge by Merritt amenity programming here.

Room Guidelines

All reservations must be made through the Merge by Merritt mobile app.  Only those with a reservation will be permitted access to the room. If you would like to utilize the conference room, we ask you to keep these things in mind:

  • The rental fee to book the room is $80/hour, with a discounted rate of $65/hour if rented for 8+ hours. Credit card payment will be required upon booking via Merge by Merritt app. 
  • The room hours are Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM. 
  • Please be sure that your reservation includes any time you may need for set-up and clean-up. You will only be able to access the room for the timeframe you booked. 
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so using the app. If Merritt is not notified of a cancellation within 24 hours of your meeting start time, you may be charged the full booking fee. 
  • Please remember to clean the space after your meeting is over. Failure to do so will result in a loss of room-blocking privileges. 
  • Should you wish to use the conference room outside of regular business hours, you will be billed accordingly for HVAC use.
