Merritt Properties Veteran Wins Two 2024 Women of Influence Awards

Merritt Properties’ Missy Teague was recognized as Globe St.’s Woman of the Year for marketing and communications and named to their Women of Influence Class of 2024 at the 5th Annual Globe St. Women of Influence Conference and Awards ceremony held on July 23, 2024. The two-day event honors women in commercial real estate and offers seminars on the vital impact women have on the industry. Teague, who leads Merritt's Marketing and Corporate Communications department, also served as one of the panelists during the conference and shared her insight on the impact of effective communication, building relationships, and tools for inspiring colleagues.

Teague has led Merritt Properties’ marketing and corporate communications department for 16 years. In addition to her responsibilities with Merritt Properties, she also spearheads the marketing and corporate communications for Merritt Construction Services, the commercial construction division of Merritt Companies.
