2023 New Construction Project of the Year - Imeson Landing Business Park
At the end of 2021, Merritt Properties purchased a 25-acre tract of land to build Imeson Landing Business Park, a flex/light industrial development divided into 3 phases of development. Construction of Imeson Landing Business Park started in March 2022 and three flex/light industrial buildings were delivered at the end of 2023. Phase 2 of the park delivered an additional 128,400 square feet in 2024. After the second phase is delivered, Merritt will look to develop a third phase bringing the park’s total square footage to 380,700 square feet. Imeson Landing Business Park is situated along Zoo Parkway and Imeson Park Boulevard. It’s also located at the corner of Imeson Industrial Park, northeast Florida’s largest industrial park.
Merritt places great emphasis on the functionality of our buildings. We dedicate a large amount of square footage to provide our customers with full circulation around each building with oversized truck courts for the ease of trailer movement and high parking ratios.
This park offers each of its users individual HVAC systems based on their unique business requirements, all while ensuring a moisture-free environment. This not only maximizes energy efficiency but also improves overall indoor conditions.
Using standard 30–40-foot architectural bay widths, the concrete shell of each building is designed to accommodate a range of openings for people, trucks (including both drive-in and loading) and equipment. The park also has a range of clear heights available including 18’ and 20’ clear heights.
